Submitting a business or nomination does not guarantee a feature. We select featured businesses at our discretion. Any specific deliverables (such as a spotlight video) are described in a separate agreement at the time a business is featured.

The Top Tier Phoenix name, logo, badge, written features, and site design are our property. Featured businesses are granted permission to display the Top Tier Phoenix badge with a link back to their feature page, as described when they are featured. Trademarks, logos, and content belonging to featured businesses remain their property.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Featuring a business is editorial recognition, not a professional endorsement or guarantee of their services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Tier Phoenix is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
